While most of the measurement activity will fall on the clients to report back to you, it does take someone on the agency side to remind them of it. The person responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the client - typically a member of the Client Services team - should manage that. A great suggestion is if you have regular status meetings with your client, use that opportunity to bring it up to them and/or use the report snapshot function to point out these items.
