Upon logging in, there are a few standard operational items in the top header bar and the footer.


Admin: In the top right, Admins and Client Editors will have the Admin option. Here, they can edit or add users and clients, as well as access their Integration key and our Web API Documentation. In Agency Settings, users can swap out Rova's logo for their own or change the software's plan terminology. 

Log out: To log out of the system, click the Log out button.

Left Navigation Menu:

  • Dashboard: Overview of all the plans and clients you are assigned to.
  • Clients: You will see the clients you are assigned to, or the plans of the clients you are assigned to, depending on your role. Click on the plus (+) sign to add a new client. Click on the client name to show all of the plans and click on an individual plan to open it. 
  • Rova U: This link will take you to Rova University, our knowledge base full of articles (like the one you are currently reading) and videos - all easily searchable. You can also live chat with our Customer Success team.
  • Tour this page: Certain pages throughout the software have a tour feature. Clicking on the Tour this Page link will kickstart that tour feature.
