In the rare instance a client decides to leave you, they may request all of the data from their plan(s). Luckily, you can export a plan. Here's how you do it:

  • Click on Admin in the upper right corner and select clients from the drop down.
  • You will see a list of current clients already in the system. Click on the client who owns the plan(s) you want to export.
  • After you’ve selected the client, locate the specific plan you want to export (found under "Plans").
  • Click on the green arrow icon to the right of the plan name. When you hover on this icon, it should say "Export Plan" to export.

After clicking on the green icon, this will trigger the download of the zip file. Note: There will be no on-screen notifications or alert messages to confirm the file was downloaded.

You can open the zip file and extract the data to send to your client.
