Once you have imported the measurements, either manually or using the bulk import tool, you can assign reporters to the measurements. A reporter is simply the person responsible for entering that measurement's activity into the software. They are not responsible for making this come true, just for reporting on a regular basis. At this time, the only way to do this is manually, on each individual measurement.
The person assigned to the measurement will receive an email notification when it is time to input the activity. If they would like to re-assign this task to someone else on their team, they may do so.
To assign a reporter to a measurement, follow these steps:
- After the measurement import is finished, you will be taken to the measurements screen.
- You can assign a reporter one of two ways. You can either click on the edit icon to the right of the measurement or click the edit button on the measurement detail screen.
- Once you click the edit icon or button, a modal will pop up where you can edit any of the details about that measurement, including who the reporter is. Click the box next to Assign a Reporter, enter the reporter's email and, if you have it, their name and role. When you are finished, click the green Submit button. A green badge will appear in the upper right corner to notify you of a successful edit.
Keeping track of all of the measurements and their frequencies can be a daunting task. Because of this, Rova automatically sends reminders via email to the reporters. If you receive an email, simply click on the link in that email and you will be taken to a screen to input that measurement activity. Logging in is not required.
